  1. What are your shipping options? Offering Standard shipping. Standard Shipping typically takes 1-4 weeks depending on the item. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

  2. Do you offer international shipping? Currently only delivering to the USA. However, looking forward to implementing the duties, tax and customs into our shipping methods so that shipping internationally will come seamlessly soon.

  3. What is your return policy? I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but as an solo-run business, please understand some returns will take an extreme toll on my small business, so please confirm your sizing and preferences before placing orders. Please contact me through email within 3 business days of receiving your order with a detailed description and pictures of the issue. I will do my best to make it right. For more details, please refer to the Return Policy.

  4. How do I determine the correct size? To ensure the perfect fit, detailed sizing charts are provided for each product. Please refer to the specific product page and follow the measurement guidelines. 

  5. What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal for a secure and convenient checkout experience.

  6. Can I cancel or modify my order? I process orders promptly as that this is my livelihood. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact me through emails as soon as possible. However, once your order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

  8. Do you offer gift wrapping services? At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, our products are carefully packaged with love and attention to detail, making them perfect for gifting. Your invoice/sales order information will go to your email. You will not receive an invoice in your packaging so you can send direct to the gift receiver without worry of redacting the pricing. 

  9. Can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you want me to check on the progress of your order, email me with your sales order number.
